Tree Maintenance Mourier Valley

The Jersey National Trust are planting trees in Mourier Valley, to help restore it, as it used to be forested.

I put some mulch on some baby trees to get rid of weeds. This helps get rid of them because it blocks out the light, and weeds won’t grow where there is no sunlight.

We’re planting trees because trees are good for the enviroment since they remove carbon dioxide fron the atmosphere,which will help reverse climate change, and we use mulch because it blocks out weeds.
